Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

We emphasize that items must be unopened and in their original box to qualify for a refund. This ensures that all products meet our hygiene and safety standards, allowing our customers to receive new and intact products.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Specific health and personal care products

Additionally, items that do not meet the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at help@kaitknives.com with proof of purchase. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are required to provide a clear photo of the package with the tracking number visible.

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned product to ensure compliance with the stated conditions.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15-21 days after inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at help@kaitknives.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item with damaged or contaminated packaging, a defective product, or the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:

(a) you received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging; (b) you received a defective or otherwise faulty product; (c) you received the wrong item.
